• December 1995: Acquisition of the pressing-shop and tool works in Písek from SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC
• October 1997: First production for automotive industry
• September 2000: Opening of a new factory in Písek – 5,000 m²
• December 2002: First expansion in Písek + 700 m²
• February 2004: Second expansion in Písek + 3,700 m²
• October 2004: Last expansion in Písek + 4,200 m² The current area is 13,600 m²
• September 2006: Opening of a new factory in Pohořelice – 4,000m²
• November 2007: First expansion in Pohořelice + 4,600m². The current area is 8,600m²
